The MLK Jr. Aquatics Center in Yakima is a modern outdoor facility offering inclusive recreation, swim programs, and community space, supported by integrated HVAC and plumbing systems designed by L&S Engineering.

New injection molding facility on the Nelson Irrigation manufacturing and testing campus in Walla Walla. The L&S team was responsible for the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems design.

The modernization and addition to the south wing of the main building, played a critical role in campus identity and branding, providing a new “face of the campus” in preparation for the completion of the north/south freeway just west of the addition. New youth center including a gymnasium and aquatic center for Marimn Health and the Coeur d’Alene Tribe in Worley Idaho. The L&S team was responsible for the mechanical and plumbing systems design.

Gymnasium, commons, and classroom addition and overall renovation to Spokane Public School's Franklin Elementary School in south Spokane. The L&S team was responsible for the mechanical and plumbing systems design incorporating existing and new systems.

New Quincy Public Schools high school in Quincy serving 800 students. It includes an open courtyard with two-story academic wings on each side. The L&S team was responsible for the mechanical and plumbing systems design.

Commons addition to Spokane Public School's Lewis and Clark High School. This project provided a unique opportunity to tie today’s innovative building systems with Lewis and Clark’s historic building. The L&S team was responsible for the mechanical and plumbing systems design.

New Spokane Public Schools middle school in northeast Spokane is one of the projects Spokane voters approved by passing the 2018 Bond. The L&S team was responsible for the mechanical and plumbing systems design.
